Introduction

We, Snapcore Digital Solutions LLP ("Snapcore") are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your ​information is handled securely. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related ​to your use of our software applications, including Screen Alive, Screen Alive Elite, One Place, Epok, and Beyond ​Copy (collectively, the "Apps").

What we DO NOT collect, store or share

• We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, ​email address, phone number, location, or any other data that could be used to identify you. Our apps do not ​require you to register through email or phone number or any other third party account.
  
• We do not collect or share your device’s IP address or location.
  
• We do not collect any app usage data (frequency of use, features used, session duration).
  
• We do not collect your payment method details. All payment related activities are governed by Google Play's ​Terms of Service and Apple Payments Privacy Policy.
  
• We do not use cookies or any other tracking technologies to collect user data.
  
• We do not share any user information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  

Advertising

We do not display any third-party advertisements in any of our applications.

App permissions

• Epok, and Beyond Copy require no additional permissions.
  
• Screen Alive & Screen Alive Elite needs permission from you to modify the system settings for timeout ​customisation. One Place requires this permission optionally, when you want to use the relevant feature.
  
• Screen Alive Elite requires an additional "Allow display over other apps" permission when you want to show the ​overlay button provided in the app.
  

You can control the permissions granted to the Apps on your device through your device's settings.

What we collect, store or share

Optional Email Subscription

If you choose to subscribe for product updates, we may collect your name and email address. We'll send you ​occasional emails about new features, updates, or other relevant information about our products. You can ​unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or by ​contacting us directly.

Firebase Crashlytics

When the Apps encounter an unexpected error (crash), we use Firebase Crashlytics, a service by Google, to collect ​crash reports to help us diagnose and fix the issue. This limited data collection includes:

• Device type and operating system version: This helps us understand if the crash is specific to a particular ​device or OS.
  
• App version: This allows us to identify if the crash is related to a specific app release.
  
• Time of crash: Helps us track the frequency and timing of crashes.
  

This data is completely anonymous and does not include any personal information from you.

By using our Apps, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information for the limited purpose ​of crash reporting as described in this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from ​children under 13. We do not solicit data from or market to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe ​that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect all the data we collect or given to us ​voluntarily against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no ​method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. In the event of a security ​breach, we will take immediate action to address the issue and keep you informed as appropriate, considering the ​nature and severity of the breach.

User consent

Additionally, our apps are subject to Google Play Store Privacy Policy where applicable.

By downloading our Apps from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, installing and using the application, you ​have consented that you have read, and do hereby agree to, and accept the privacy policies mentioned above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to consult the privacy policy regularly for ​any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. We will notify you of any major changes to the ​policy through our website or by contacting you directly where possible.
