• Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Application grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You may not sublicense, assign, transfer, or distribute any rights or obligations under this license.
  

Updates to the app

In an endeavour to support a quality first mindset, we intend to roll out frequent updates to the

app, especially during the initial phase, where we are learning and improving on a constant basis.

We highly recommend you to keep the app up to date for a better experience.

User Accounts

• To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Usage Restrictions

or implied. This includes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,

and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,

consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of

the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Application reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. It is your

the Application has been developed, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Subscription & Billing

The subscription price is under the sole discretion of Snapcore Digital Solutions LLP and may be

modified at any time. All existing users will be duly notified in advance of any such modifications in

the price. Any change in subscription price will become effective at the end of the ongoing billing

cycle. The billing will be done in advance and on a monthly recurring basis. Subscription is auto

renewed at the end of the billing cycle, unless explicitly cancelled by the user before the billing

date. The subscription amount will be deducted from the payment method as defined in Google

Play Store and governed by [Google Play's Billing and Subscription policy]
